We believe it is important to ensure that this technology is used in a responsible way, while ensuring that the AI content you produce follows our requirements outlined in our Content Policy.
In order to use the Infinite Rewriter service (the "Service"), you are required to comply with our Terms of Service and with the following Content Policy guidelines. Provided you comply with these requirements, you may use Infinite Rewriter to input your own content (the "Input") and rewrite that content (the "Content"), which will be output within the Service for you to copy or export to your own computer, document, or method of storage. We reserve the right to limit or suspend your access to the Service at any time where we believe these terms or guidelines are violated.
We are not responsible for the Content output of the Service or the accuracy of Content output from the Service. ALL CONTENT OUTPUT BY THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS-IS. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account. We assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the Content of this site. The information contained in this site is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service and any information, material, or Content downloaded or obtained from the Service, will be uninterrupted, error-free, omission-free or inaccurate. Content written by Artificial Intelligence ("AI") can be unpredictable and the Content output by the Service may not be as expected. We can not guarantee the quality of Content output by the Service. If you believe the Content output by the Service is of low quality or has errors, please screenshot the Content in question and contact us at support@infiniterewriter.com so we can assess the Content and refund the Input Words used to process the Content in question.
You expressly understand and agree that You have obtained and will maintain all required consents and licenses, and will maintain all ongoing legal bases under relevant privacy Laws (if applicable), for any Content you input or transmit to the Service.
Prohibited Usage & Use Cases
Infinite Rewriter does not permit the usage of our Service for any of the following purposes. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to take action against, ban, and/or delete user accounts from the Service, without refund, if we believe the account is being used in any manner listed below. These examples are illustrative but not exhaustive; Infinite Rewriter reserves the right to terminate access for harmful content which are not listed at our sole discretion.
Infinite Rewriter must not be used for any of the following activities:
- Illegal activities, such as hate speech, gambling, child pornography, child sexual abuse or exploitation, terrorist activities, and illegal drugs;
- Infringing or violating any proprietary or intellectual property rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights;
- Uses the Service in a manner that is primarily directed to children (under the age of 13 in the U.S., 16 in the EEA, or other age as stipulated by the laws where you conduct your business) as a significant proportion of its users unless explicitly agreed to by Us;
- Uses the Service in, or to develop, a product or service that delivers separate, stand-alone functionality substantially similar to the Service;
- Harassment, victimization, intimidation, intentional deceit, fraud or spam;
- Creation or dissemination of misinformation, promotion of self-harm, glorification of violent events or incitement of violence;
- Promoting hatred or glorifying abuse against people based on characteristics like race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or political views;
- Catfishing, phishing, or creating/promoting harmful false claims about targeted individuals;
- Transmitting, storing or otherwise processing any material that contains adult content, such as pornography, erotic content, sexually explicit content, prostitution, or any other content not appropriate for general audiences;
- Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives;
- Violating the privacy of any third person;
- Misrepresenting AI-generated content as coming from a human;
- Generating content for dissemination in electoral campaigns;
- Generating content that will violate any Law, proprietary right, or privacy right;
- Generating or transmitting any Content in our prohibited content list below.
Prohibited Usage & Content
- Abusive, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, upsetting, harmful, demeaning, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Hate speech, threats, or content that causes (or is intended to cause) physical, emotional, or psychological harm to others;
- Content generated for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and/or messages;
- Content generated for the purpose of manipulating search engines;
- Sexually explicit or not safe for work (NSFW) material such as pornography, gore, and shock content;
- Content in restricted or regulated goods or services such as substance/drugs use and adult services;
- Content related to any form of lottery or gambling, payday lending, multi-level marketing, or pseudo-pharmaceuticals;
- Illegal activity
- Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content that exploits or harms children
- Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content
- Generation of malware
- Activity that has high risk of physical harm
- Activity that has high risk of economic harm
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Adult content, adult industries, and dating apps
- Political campaigning or lobbying
- Activity that violates people’s privacy
- Engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, or offering tailored legal advice without a qualified person reviewing the information
- Offering tailored financial advice without a qualified person reviewing the information
- Telling someone that they have or do not have a certain health condition, or providing instructions on how to cure or treat a health condition
- High risk government decision-making

There are some instances of content generation that could be considered high-risk. We reserve the right to block or restrict the following types of content:
Medical & Health Content
Infinite Rewriter should not be used to rewrite medical or health-related information or without being thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed medical or health professional. It is dangerous and irresponsible to rely on artificial intelligence to understand and write medical content. The AI is not programmed to detect medical conditions or provide medical advice, whether simple or sophisticated. Do not use the Service to prescribe medical advice, give a medical diagnosis, or develop content for health, medication, psychology, psychiatry, dentistry, surgery, therapy, cancer, weight loss, or any other medical issue. Any medical content that is rewritten must be thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed medical professional before being made public or used in any way. The Content rewritten by the Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. You are fully responsible for any medical or health-related Content.
Legal Content
Infinite Rewriter should not be used to rewrite legal information without being thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed legal professional. The AI is not programmed to provide legal advice in any way, whether simple or sophisticated. Any legal content that is rewritten must be thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed legal professional before being made public or used in any way. The Content rewritten by the Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. You are fully responsible for any legal Content.
Financial Content
Infinite Rewriter should not be used to rewrite information related to finances, crypto, stocks, banking, saving, money, or any other topic considered financial advice without being thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed financial professional (such as a Chartered Professional Accountant or Certified Financial Planner). The AI is not programmed to provide financial advice in any way, whether simple or sophisticated. Any finance-related content that is rewritten must be thoroughly reviewed and edited by a licensed financial professional before being made public or used in any way. The Content rewritten by the Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. You are fully responsible for any finance-related Content.
Political and Religious Content
Rewritten content that is political or religious in nature should be thoroughly reviewed and edited prior to use. The Content rewritten by the Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness and without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. You are fully responsible for any political or religious Content.
Violation Handling
Generated or transmitted Content that appears to violate our guidelines should be reported immediately to Infinite Rewriter by contacting us at support@infiniterewriter.com.
If a user is deemed to have violated our guidelines, they will receive an email outlining our response. Consequences for violating these guidelines include a permanent ban from the Service, temporary suspensions, or written warnings. Repeated warnings may result in a ban or suspension. If the nature of the content is of a more serious nature, the user will be contacted and banned immediately.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content or use of the Service is appropriate and complies with this policy, refuse or remove any Content, make formatting and edits and change the manner any Content, and limit or revoke the use of the Service if You generate or transmit such objectionable Content.

Content Monitoring
All input received from a user may be stored and/or analysed to ensure the ethical use of the Service. You grant Us the right to store and analyze the content you transmit to the Service for this purpose. The Service may use automated processes to detect specific words used in the content input by users and flag it as violating this policy. If you find our Service incorrectly flagging your content, please contact us at support@infiniterewriter.com.
Data Location
Your Content may be hosted and processed by Company and its respective third party service providers in Canada, Israel, the United States, or other locations around the world.
Data Storage
Infinite Rewriter is not intended to, and will not, operate as a data storage or archiving product or service, and you agree not to rely on Infinite Rewriter for the storage of any Content whatsoever. You are solely responsible and liable for the maintenance and backup of all of your Content.
