1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Fullerton Media Inc. ("Fullerton", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, located at 2-558 Upper Gage Ave, Suite 324, Hamilton, Ontario L8V 4J6.
By accessing or using https://app.contentfinity.com (the “Site”) or any services, software, content, or applications related to Infinite Rewriter (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Content Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. We are not obligated to send direct notifications of changes, so please check periodically for updates.
This Site is not intended for children under 18. By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
The Service is not compliant with sector-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use is subject to such laws, you are not permitted to use this Site or Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All code, content, design, software, text, images, trademarks, and other elements of the Site and Service (collectively, “Content”) are the property of Fullerton Media Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal or internal business use only. Any unauthorized use, including reproduction, redistribution, or modification, is prohibited.
3. User Representations
By using the Site, you confirm that:
All registration information is accurate and current.
You will keep this information up to date.
You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
You are not under 18 years of age.
You are not using bots or automated tools to access the Site.
You will comply with all laws and these Terms.
You will not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. User Registration
You may need to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may change or remove usernames deemed inappropriate or misleading.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Site require payment, which is processed securely via our third-party payment provider (currently LemonSqueezy). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). You agree to provide accurate and updated billing information.
All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for ongoing payments until cancellation.
We may change pricing at our discretion and correct billing errors at any time.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@contentfinity.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior.
Reverse engineer, modify, or copy Site software.
Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.
Impersonate another user.
Circumvent security features.
Violate any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend access for any prohibited use.
8. User-Generated Contributions
You may submit content to the Site. You are solely responsible for your submissions and represent that you own or have rights to post them. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
9. Contribution License
By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and sublicense that content in connection with the Service.
10. Submissions
Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions submitted to us are non-confidential and become our sole property. You waive any rights or claims to such submissions.
11. Third-Party Websites and Content
We may link to third-party sites or display content from other sources. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use at your own risk.
12. Fair Use & Responsible AI Usage
By using the Service, you agree to use the AI-generated content in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You are solely responsible for the output generated through your account, and how that output is used, published, or distributed.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate or disseminate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
Impersonate individuals, spread false information, or misrepresent facts in a way that may cause harm.
Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Create deepfakes, spam, or manipulative content that may deceive or exploit others.
Generate content that facilitates or promotes harassment, discrimination, violence, or hate speech.
We do not monitor or moderate all outputs. You acknowledge that while the Service is designed to follow reasonable ethical constraints, the outputs may be unpredictable or offensive depending on your inputs. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you generate before using or publishing it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who engage in misuse or abuse of the AI system.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Site Management
We may:
Monitor the Site for violations
Restrict or remove content
Disable accounts
Modify or discontinue services
Cooperate with law enforcement
14. Privacy Policy

15. Copyright Infringement

16. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, without notice, including violations of these Terms.

We may change or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
19. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by arbitration through the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) seated in Hamilton, Ontario. English will be the language of proceedings. Certain claims, such as IP enforcement or injunctive relief, may proceed in court.
Class actions and representative claims are not permitted.
20. Corrections
We may correct errors or omissions on the Site at any time without notice.
21. Disclaimer
The Site and Service are provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for damages from use or inability to use the Site.
22. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullerton Media Inc. and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the Site, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
24. User Data
We may store and use data you provide for service operations. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
25. Electronic Communications and Signatures
By using the Site, you consent to receiving communications electronically and agree that digital signatures and records are valid and enforceable.
26. Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of the Contentfinity platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines specific rules and restrictions regarding the use of our Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with that Policy in full. Any violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, whether intentional or not, may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, or legal action—at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit, generate, or interact with on the platform complies with both this Policy and applicable law.
27. Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with our policies, are the full agreement between you and us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No agency or partnership relationship is created. We may assign our rights without notice.
